At Exfinity, he has served as a board observer for several companies, led portfolio-level exit discussions, and now leads Fund IV collateral development while connecting portfolio companies with growth-stage funds for follow-on capital — building on prior transaction experience at Deloitte and his own startup, Taxvalley, a virtual CFO and compliance platform for startups and AIFs.
