Ati Motors, a Bengaluru-based autonomous mobile robotics startup backed by Exfinity Venture Partners, has raised USD 20 million in a Series B funding round led by Walden Catalyst Ventures and NGP Capital, with continued participation from Exfinity, True Ventures, Athera Venture Partners, and Blume Ventures. The round reinforces the growing investor conviction in India’s deep-tech and industrial automation capabilities.

Ati Motors develops full-stack autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that integrate AI, sensor fusion, and fleet management software to automate material movement in complex industrial environments. Its flagship “Sherpa” robots are deployed across more than 40 manufacturing facilities worldwide, serving major automotive and industrial clients and delivering safer, more efficient, and scalable logistics operations.

Exfinity Venture Partners, an early investor in Ati Motors, has played a key role in supporting its product innovation and global expansion. With the fresh capital, Ati Motors aims to strengthen its AI capabilities, expand into new geographies such as North America and Southeast Asia, and accelerate India’s emergence as a global hub for intelligent robotics.
