Deeptech startup Maieutic Semiconductor raises $4.15 million from Exfinity Venture Partners

Maieutic Semiconductor, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup, has raised USD 4.15 million in a seed round co-led by Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners. Founded in early 2025 by industry veterans Gireesh Rajendran, Ashish Lachhwani, Rakesh Kumar, and Krishna Sankar, the company is building a generative AI-powered “co-pilot” to transform analog integrated circuit (IC) design — one of the most complex and under-automated parts of semiconductor development.
The platform aims to automate traditionally manual design workflows, reduce development cycles from weeks to days, and enable greater accuracy and efficiency in analog design. By leveraging AI to detect design inconsistencies and optimize trade-offs, Maieutic seeks to make analog design faster, more accessible, and less dependent on highly specialized expertise.
With this funding, Maieutic plans to strengthen its engineering team, accelerate product development, and expand globally. The company’s innovation has the potential to redefine analog chip design and enhance India’s position in the global semiconductor value chain.
